Local Church Conference

We are preparing for our church’s local elections. Annually, CWC members vote for people to serve on the Local Board of Administration (LBA) for either the Elder Sub-Board or the Deacon Sub-Board, the Board of Trustees, the Nominating Committee, and as District Conference Delegates. CWC members will be receiving a ballot digitally if your email is in the church database; otherwise, you will receive one through traditional mail.

All CWC members are invited to vote.  Ballots can be submitted digitally any time March 22-April 5. The physical polling booth will be open in the CWC atrium for three Sundays (March 22, March 29, and April 5) between services (10:15-10:45 a.m.) to accept paper ballots.

The LBA will confirm and ratify the elections on April 15. The 2020-21 boards and committees will be announced at the CWC Local Church Conference on April 26 immediately following the second service. All CWC members and attendees are invited to attend the conference to hear about what is happening in and through the ministry of College Wesleyan Church.
